Italian Rice & Lentil Soup
Seasonings of oregano, parsley and garlic join with lentils and Arborio rice to create a delicious and hearty soupÌāÕÌÄå? Italian style!
- Red lentils, Arborio rice, herbs, onion, garlic, organic sea salt, black pepper.
- Combine jar's contents and 8 cups of water in a soup pot. Bring to a boil, then cover, reduce heat and simmer on medium-low for just over 25 minutes, or until lentils are tender.
- Once the soup is finished cooking, garnish with sauteed Ontario mushrooms.
