Returning Items
- Your satisfaction is our goal and we stand behind our products 100% so if you are not satisfied just let us know. Inspect your order upon delivery and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase in it’s original, unused condition within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund, less shipping costs.
  
  Return Policy
  
  All products must:
  1. Be received by Orangefish within 30 days of the original ship date to the customer.
  2. Be in their original unused condition, with all tags and in their original packaging. We do reserve the right to determine if a returned item is in its unused condition.
  3. Be insured and returned via Fed Ex, UPS or Canada Post with a tracking number. You are responsible for the shipping charges on all returns and exchanges. We do not accept any COD items.
  Please note:
  - All sale, special and clearance items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  - Orangefish is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipment of the product(s) you are returning. For your protection, you may wish to send your return by Regular Parcel Service (insured) and with signature confirmation. Please ensure you keep the receipt for postage and insurance.
  We will gladly refund all original shipping charges for items being returned due to our error. Return shipping charges will be refunded for an item being returned due to our error, provided that Canada Post is used for the return shipping.

Shipping Costs and Delivery
- We offer FREE SHIPPING!
  
  In Canada - When your cart value is over $75.00 you will automatically receive free shipping.
  
  To the USA - When your cart value is over $150.00 you will automatically receive free shipping.
  
  Shipping and handling rates are calculated based on your shipping address and the total weight/size of the package. You will be provided with specific shipping costs for your order before you check out.
  
  Delivery times and methods for orders within Canada are:
  - Free Shipping: 5-8 business days*
  - Expedited Parcel: 2-5 business days*
  - Post Priority: 1 business day if your order is placed before 1PM EST
  - Curb Side Pick Up: Same day. Choose this option at checkout. After you place your order we will email you to let you know when it is ready for pick up.
  Delivery times and methods for orders to the United States are:
  - Free Shipping: 8-15 business days*
  - Regular Parcel: 5-10 business days*
  - Expedited Parcel: 3-5 business hours*
  *Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  
  Express Parcel or Courier Priority orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. They must be sent via Standard delivery.
  
  ANYTIME CANADA POST STRIKES WE WILL SHIP VIA ANOTHER METHOD. ALL OF OUR SHIPMENTS ARE DONE MANUALLY SO WE WILL CHECK TO SEE THE BEST OPTION, IF YOU HAVE A PREFERRED OPTION SEND US A MESSAGE.
